FORESTVILLE: Helen Florence Stafford, 87, of Bennett State Road, Forestville, died Tuesday, March 16th, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Quebec, Canada on April 20, 1922, the daughter of the late Herbert and Athy Sweeney. She was a volunteer with the Circle of Love, Dunkirk, a member of the Pioneer Social Club, Forestville, member of RSVP Dunkirk, enjoyed knitting & her dog "Heidi". Survivors include a nephew Richard Woodman of Florida, a great niece Tina (Lionel) Gray & sons of Florida and several other nieces & nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her 1st husband J. Edward Dexter, who died January 1970 and by her 2nd husband Ernest J. Stafford, who died February 7, 1995. There will be no visitation observed. Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
